Can I track my mail club envelope?
To keep memberships affordable, monthly mail club orders are shipped in a stamped envelope, which means there is no tracking information included. Shipping is included in the subscription price.
When will I receive my envelope?
Each envelope will be shipped out the first week of the month! The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 25th of each month.
If you sign up before the 25th of the month, you will receive the next months mail club envelope. If you sign up after the 25th of the month, your first mail club envelope will be the following months mail club. (For example, if you sign up August 15th, you will receive the September mail club envelope shipped out at the beginning of September. If you sign up August 26, your first mail club envelope will ship out the first week of October.) When you sign-up after the sign-up cutoff, there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first envelope. Please rest assured, every transaction corresponds to a unique monthly mail club envelope.
When is the monthly mail club billed each month?
Your subscription is billed on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on August 15, you will be billed on September 15, October 15, etc.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! This is a monthly subscription service. Feel free to pause or cancel at any time. We recommend creating an account so you are able to manage your subscription easier.
How much does shipping cost?
It's free! Shipping is included in the subscription price.
